Employee Resource Groups
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) provide a space for engagement with colleagues from shared identities. All are welcome and invited to join an ERG of their choice.

Our Advancing Diversity and Inclusion Strategic Priority Team is focused on identifying ways to ensure a safe and welcoming climate for all of our staff within Finance and Business, on ensuring that they are valued, appreciated, respected, and feel comfortable showing up as their authentic selves day in and day out.
Goals

- Support efforts to increase the recruitment, retention, and career advancement of staff from historically underrepresented and marginalized backgrounds.
