Quality Service, Quality People Awards
Each year, the Quality Service, Quality People Awards are presented to Finance & Business employees who exemplify the organization’s “Quality Service, Quality People” motto. F&B's talented, innovative, and diverse workforce powers Penn State through many of its challenges every day. Some members of the workforce put in extra time and effort to exceed the expectations of F&B’s customers and clients.

Nominations are reviewed for the following criteria:
- Exceeds organizational expectations.
- Exhibits exemplary work efforts.
- Self motivated to contribute to the mission of the organization.
- Assumes responsibility as appropriate.
- Upholds the unit’s integrity and ethical performance.
- Illustrates reliability, dedication, and loyalty.
Customer Service Award
This award recognizes full-time F&B employees who have worked for F&B at least one year and who have demonstrated exceptional customer service to F&B’s internal and/or external customers.
This award recognizes F&B employees who have promoted diversity as defined in the F&B Framework to Foster Diversity. Diversity within F&B encompasses acceptance and understanding that everyone is unique.
This award recognizes full-time F&B employees who have worked for F&B at least one year and whose visionary accomplishments have contributed significantly to the success of an F&B unit and/or the F&B organization.
This award recognizes full-time F&B employees who have worked for F&B at least one year and who have made a commitment to fellow F&B employees and/or F&B team members by making the time to listen/advise and taking the time to counsel/provide guidance.
