Office of Diversity & Inclusion
The Office of Diversity and Inclusion spearheads the goals of the Finance & Business Advancing Diversity and Inclusion Strategic Priority as well as the seven challenges in the University’s Framework to Foster Diversity, both of which have created a strong foundation for expanding diversity efforts within the F&B workforce and its business operations while providing a welcoming and safe climate for all people. Additionally, the office establishes and maintains relationships with critical University offices/programs and community organizations that support the overall diversity and equity imperatives of Penn State. By working closely with F&B’s leadership, Employee Resource Groups, and the Strategic Priority Team, the office will continue to provide general direction, resources, and accountability metrics for the further advancement of diversity and inclusion efforts of both F&B and the University.
