Jeremy E. Bean

Jeremy Bean is the Director of Change Management and Organizational Excellence at Penn State in the central Finance and Business Office. Jeremy brings 11 years of experience supporting and leading change efforts at Penn State from sustainability initiatives to budgeting process transformation and organizational re-designs, to procurement upgrades and growth.  He is a certified change professional through Prosci, Inc. and also serves on the board of directors for the Network for Change and Continuous Innovation, a membership organization dedicated to higher education institutions to help them become agile and lifelong learning models of continuous transformation

In his current role he is responsible for helping University leadership and its many units recognize the complexities inherent to change and support the development of skills, competencies, and processes to make change at Penn State more efficient, successful, and less disruptive to its constituents while driving innovation, efficiency, and meeting the strategic priorities of the University.
